MASSACRE CONSPIRACY

Massacre Conspiracy (MC16) adalah sebuah band yang berasal dari SELAYANG,KAJANG dan PETALING JAYA,SELANGOR, dibentuk pada pertengahan tahun 2008. Massacre Conspiracy adalah sebuah band metalcore, yang terdiri daripada ahli pengasas metalcore Ash (vokal), Sonny (gitar), Faiz (Godoy) (gitar), One Jet (bass), dan Emy (drummer).

Dari Permulaan ke The Prophecies 2008-2009

MC16 banyak dikenali untuk muzik bersemangat dan prestasi hidup yang menarik. Setelah beberapa bulan bekerja keras, MC16 telah menghasilkan single pertama "Start Looking Towards the Sky dan mereka mengambil setiap kesempatan untuk mempromosikan single mereka setiap kali membuat persembahan dalam semua acara yang mereka sertai. Pada akhir 2008, Ax (Ballad For Layla) menawarkan diri untuk bergabung dengan band, mengisi muzik MC16 dengan keyboard dan synthesizer yang mantap. Bermula dari saat itu MC16 telah memutuskan untuk menukar genre muzik mereka kepada metalcore melodi. Kemudian dua ahli pengasas Ali dan Ashy menyatakan hasrat untuk berhenti kerana masalah komitmen pada awal 2009.

MC16 memutuskan untuk memuat One Jet dari Ballad For Layla untuk mengisi Pemain bass setelah beliau bersetuju untuk menyertai band ini. Godoy, kemudian selepas itu bergabung dengan band sebagai gitaris. Dengan mereka saat ini solid line-up, MC16 bermula menumpukan pada menghasilkan bahan lebih. MC16 merilis demo mereka berjudul The Prophecies. The Prophecies mendapat banyak masukkan positif dan tidak lupa beberapa kritik dari para profesional. The Prophecies juga mengakibatkan band untuk paparan lebih banyak dalam industri muzik terutama di adegan bawah tanah.

Pada akhir tahun 2009, MC16 telah memutuskan untuk menyertai dalam ROTTW Soundstage. ROTTW Soundstage adalah di mana semua band di seluruh negeri berkumpul dan berjuang untuk merebut sabuk juara dan juga sebuah platform untuk MC16 untuk melangkah lebih jauh dalam perjalanan. MC16 berjaya dan diumumkan sebagai pemenang juara ROTTW Soundstage dan yang menunjukkan MC16 telah memasuki tahap berikutnya. Melalui itu, MC16 mulai lebih serius untuk mempersiapkan untuk cabaran seterusnya.

Bloodless dan EP Baru 2010-Sekarang

MC16 telah lancarkan satu lagu dan menggabungkan kompilasi EP iaitu Dice With Death yang telah dikeluarkan pada Mac 2010 yang lalu. Dalam EP ini mengandungi 4 lagu yang dipetik daripada Demo terdahulunya, The Prophecies dan lagu Single baru Bloodless. MC16 memang sibuk dengan kehadiran konsert-konsert yang lain untuk membuat promosi Single daripada kompilasi EP Dice With Death. MC16 telah mulakan sebuah tour yang akan menghadirkan konsert-konsert sekeliling di Malaysia. Ada sedikit masalah terhadap MC16 ini One Jet sibuk dengan kumpulan Ballad For Layla dalam perancangan untuk membangkitkan semula band asalnya dan juga terhadap ahli2 lain yang masih belajar. Kini, MC16 sedang membuat album baru yang akan bakal keluar. Kemungkinan ia akan keluar pada 2011.

Pada 10 Disember, 'high screamer' Mio terpaksa keluar dari kumpulan MC16 kerana dia ingin menumpukan dan melanjutkan pelajarannya sepenuh masa. MC16 terpaksa menerima kenyataan ini untuk meneruskan perjuangan mereka. ^[1]

Massacre Conspiracy telah lancarkan single baru "Obey" sebelum melancarkan album baru mereka.^[2]

Pada Mei 2011, MC16 telah melancarkan muzik video iaitu "Bloodless" melalui YouTube.^[3] Video ini diarahkan oleh Eddie Edzuan dari Tres Empres yang telah melakukan muzik video untuk kumpulannya sendiri. Banyak persembahan-persembahan yang telah mereka melakukan sebelum ini seperti Envol et Macadam, Rockaway 2011 dan lain-lain lagi. Album baru yang akan bakal keluar yang bertajuk "Karma" yang telah dipaparkan daripada halaman Facebook mereka.

WE ARE THE OCEAN

We Are the Ocean are a 5 piece alternative rock band from Loughton, Essex, England. The band has played hundreds of shows since their formation, including several festivals during 2008 such as Slam Dunk, Offset Festival, Middlesbrough Music Live, and Taste of Chaos. They have supported bands such as You Me at Six, The Used, The Blackout, Fightstar, Funeral for a Friend, Underoath, Lostprophets and My American Heart, as well as playing alongsideKids in Glass Houses, From First to Last, The Medic Droid, Brigade, Saving Aimee, Tonight Is Goodbye and Furthest Drive Home. They embarked on a 24 day show headline tour in January and February 2009, selling out most venues. The band released their second album Go Now And Live on 25 April 2011.

The band was originally called "Dead But Still Dreaming" with Dan Brown, Jack Spence and three others. After a while the band broke apart, but Dan and Jack carried on searching for new members during this time. They had formed a full line-up again by 2007 with Liam Cromby, Rickie Bloom and Tom Whittaker, and still under the original name of Dead But Still Dreaming. After a while, Bloom left the band and was eventually replaced by Alfie Scully. Shortly after the creation of this solid line-up, the band decided on a new start with the name We Are The Ocean.

Allay The Sea are a Hardcore/Metalcore band brought from the eastern winds of the Newcastle area.
In todays Metal scene it is easy to be labelled as not being original, Allay The Sea’s aspirations are to show Australian and International audiences a unique style made by their sound.
A fusion of brutality and melody is the heart of Allay The Sea’s unique sound.
2010 will be a big year for Allay The Sea as they are in the process of printing their debut EP “Descent”.

Enter Shikari is a British post-hardcore band with elements of electronica, dubstep, and drum and bass, formed in 2003 in St Albans, Hertfordshire.The band is named after a boat belonging to Roughton "Rou" Reynolds' uncle, and a character in a play which he wrote before forming the band, both of which are named Shikari.Shikari also means 'Hunter', in Marathi, Persian, Hindi, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi and Bengali. Their debut album, Take to the Skies was released on 19 March 2007 and reached #4 in the Official UK Album Chart. Their second album, titled Common Dreads, was released on 15 June 2009 and debuted on the UK Albums Chart at 16.

COMEBACK KID

"Comeback Kid" is also a nickname for U.S. ex-President Bill Clinton, NHL Hockey Player Mario Lemieux, and NFL (American football) quarterback Joe Montana. HAA??

Comeback Kid (commonly abbreviated as CBK) is a hardcore punk band from Winnipeg, Canada. Their name comes from a headline in a newspaper about hockey player, Mario Lemieux coming back to the NHL. The band was formed in 2002 by Andrew Neufeld and Jeremy Hiebert who were both members of the band Figure Four, which is currently on hiatus. They were joined by their friends Scott Wade and Kyle Profeta, but CBK was originally intended only to be a side project. Their initial popularity was mainly due to word of mouth within the hardcore scene.

History
The band released Turn It Around on Facedown Records in 2003 before moving to Smallman Records in Canada and Victory Records in the rest of the world the following year. In July 2004 Comeback Kid and Figure Four both performed New Jersey. The played on day 2,Saturday the 24th of July.
In February 2005 Comeback Kid released their second album, "Wake the Dead". After some long tours, and Wade's departure from the band, leading to Neufeld becoming the band's vocalist, the band began recording their third album "Broadcasting". After the album's release bass player Kevin Call left the band, issuing a statement regarding leaving Comeback Kid.
"Life has called on me to go in a different direction - one that no longer involves playing bass guitar in Comeback Kid. These past few years has ever played a part in this band - whether you did a stage dive, bought a record, or put forth effort of the dudes the best of luck. We will be playing what will be my last shows in mid-December, including a show in my hometown of Minneapolis. So keep an eye out for those. Thanks. See you around."
In 2008 A CD/DVD was released called "Through The Noise" Which is a line from the song "Industry Standards" off of "Broadcasting..." . The Canadian "Through The Noise" tour followed the release of CD/DVD. It featured bands Bane, Misery Signals, Shai Hulud, Grave Maker, and Outbreak.

In 2006, they released their self-titled 7", which sold out within 3 months of its release. Later that year, they released their debut album, Nowhere To Run, through Washed Up Records. They then released Time Is The Enemy through Resist Records.

In 2006 they did a tour with Australian band I Killed The Prom Queen. At the beginning of 2008, the band played alongside Parkway Drive in 14 out of 15 dates during the Surf Rat Tour.They have since released a split CD with American band Down To Nothing.

After their European tour, they will be doing a tour of Australia with Blacklisted, and then will be apart of the annual Hardcore festival in Sydney.

50 Lions vocalist Oscar McCall is the brother of Parkway Drive vocalist Winston McCall.

In December 2010, they released a new song on a split 7" with Australian bands Parkway Drive, No Apologies and Blkout entitled, This is Australia. The 7" was released by good friend and No Apologies vocalist Pete 'Bloke' Abordi on Abordi's very own Bloke Records. The goal was to release one song each by four prominent Australian hardcore bands with each song being under a minute in length.

TRAPPED UNDER ICE

Trapped Under Ice are a hardcore band from Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Playing dark, emotional yet brutal hardcore in the vein of 90’s bands like Crown of Thornz and Next Step Up. So far they’ve released a demo, a 7” EP entitled “Stay Cold” and a split with Dirty Money.

Their first LP, ‘Secrets of The World’ was released in August of ‘09.

Their follow up LP “Big Kiss Goodnight” is set to be released on October the 11th 2011.


Following their inception in 2007, a 5-song demo was quick to follow. That demo was also released as an EP on Flatspot Records. Hearing those songs, the crew at Reaper Records approached the band with a deal to release what would become known as the Stay Cold EP. The EP contains 6 tracks of unrelenting hardcore reality. Continuing where 2008's "Stay Cold" EP left off, "Secrets Of The World" is the twelve-track full length from Maryland's new standard bearers of hardcore. The album is designed to inspire self-reflection in a world that leaves you beaten and bleeding.....
